| 13U Texas Warhawks are looking for the final pieces of the puzzle. Our need is for anything but a catcher. 1st base experience and lefty would be nice but not required. Pitching experience is a must.
We will continue to carry only 11 players, so playing time is very fair. There are no place holders on our roster. Our primary goals are #1 to fall in love with the game by keeping the fun in and #2 to prepare as many as possible for high school baseball.
We plan on 10 events with twice weekly practices when games begin. We expect a couple of 3x per week practices in February. We are based out of T&C (Parmer and toll45). Our cost is less than half of the for-profit organizations. Last spring we had a $550 all in cost with fund raising. Even without fundraising we’ll be at about $800 all in.
We were one game over .500 last spring while competing on the borderline between AA/Minors and AAA . I expect to attain and be competitive in AAA this season with the roster moves that have already been made.
