Author TOPIC: DRAFT GRADES

White: B
Anthony Acho made some great picks to make up for getting stuck with Sean Mattia, the combine superstar/game-time no show, as his 1st player drafted. Veteran playmaker Timmy Acho will be a deep field threat for AA to target. Peter Namou will also be looking to continue to dominate on defense and add in some TDs in there with his surprisingly reliable yet disgustingly hairy hands. With Big Play DJ and Scotty Acho added into the mix, Team White will be a force to be reckoned with.

Yellow: B+
Nate, the champion, one year older but one year wiser, drafted the twin tanks known as the brothers Putrus to clear the path for his dark, mud-colored legs to run through. Second year star Ricky Naimi and future professional amateur golfer George Sharrak will definitely be a lot to handle for defenses. Look out for a break out year for George, I'm serious. Vinny Kejbou, who was robbed of the MVP title he deserved last season when team yellow demolished the entire league in their championship run, is looking to continue making plays from the center position.

Blue: D-
Captain Justin Orow decided to use his first pick on a decent rusher who he knows should play center on offense, but who he will play at WR to avoid embarrassment. Rookie Dylan Kallabat is ready to make a splash, according to many rumors. Blue better hope JP Namou and Niko Jonna can pick up the slack for Jordan Rabban's sheer lack of talent and athleticism or else Justin will be in trouble. With this specific group of possession wide outs and supporting cast, Justin might have to make some very accurate throws. Yep, Blue is screwed.

Green: A-
So let me say this, Lance drafted Andrew Shango so his grade can go no lower than B+. Mike Akrawi looked great at tryouts so perhaps those two can become a lethal tandem. Adding toughness and a pure winner attitude in Nick Mohawk Hermiz, team green ensured itself a healthy supply of a plethora of delicious smoothies and juices from Naked Fuel, located on the west side of Orchard Lake just south of Maple. (Send me the check for this ad, Hawk). Lance and Chris Sesi on defense: thats a whole lotta smarts and a whole lotta speed. Great combo.

Red: C+
Anthony Toma did the right thing by passing up on Sean Mattia, known for his inability to finish at the top of the CFL standings, instead opting to go with the legendary Showstopper and often-champion Jordan Rassam. Mazen makes plays and Stefan has always been a legitimate threat when healthy, BUT I'm not sure who will be playing QB. The success of this team is in the hands of Nolan Karrumi, who I am assuming will be tossing the rock. If Nolan's knee can hold up, maybe red will surprise me. Do you know what would surprise me even more than a Team Red 2016 Championship?...AT allowing Derek Rabban to guard me 1v1. Whatever, I doubt that a veteran like AT would even be swayed by pleas from Derek which I am sure he will receive.

Black: A-
Let me preface this. I am biased. T-Rock has a great arm but is coming back from a debilitating throwing wrist injury he suffered while crossing the Colombia-Ecuador border at the Putumayo River. Many lives were lost, but the packages were saved. Sorry, I digress. The wise council of Tony Attisha will be crucial in harvesting the speed and athleticism of Team Black's young core of Scooby Hakim, Cheech Yaldo, and Angelo "G-Lo" Nannoshi. Matt Shango and Fadi Gulli will provide years of experience and pounds of strength to protect the graceful Tarik as he angelically shifts and floats in the pocket. Tony will be finding a way to get open, like he always has...while I will be finding a way to ruin the morale of whoever was unlucky enough to be assigned to face me, like I always have.

This message board used to blow up with confident smack talk and the occasional personal insult. Feelings should be hurt and egos should be challenged. I miss those days. Let 2016 be the rebirth of the message board.

White, you're good but you will lose because Sean can't be the guy. Yellow, playing with Nate is automatic contention for a ship, enjoy and good luck. Blue, lol you're f***** and Justin knows it, I can feel it all the way here in Ann Arbor. Green, as your QB goes, so shall y'all. Red, Nolan should be co-captain officially. Black, we are here to break curses, and that we will do.

MS- touché, you put my name in your mouth so much that it's sort of honoring. Circle this game in our schedule as I will not only lock you down (per always- cc: Donut Mike Sesi, I know u remember) but black will miss playoffs and you're last few games of regular season you will only be excited about football in Ann Arbor(Go Blue). MS, the 215 pound sensation, Kudos to a nice career, you've got chy cups, I don't (YET) but you're true talent or lack of will be exposed by being surrounded by a team that will depend on YOU and not Nate Karrumi, Joey Jonna, or Jordan Rassam. See ya soon baby! (where we going tonight?)

PS. Nate meet me at Penthouse tonight!!!!!

Good luck all and prayers for a healthy season my CFL Brothers

Great work on the draft grades, although I'm a little confused on why Red would get a C+ grade, when all we drafted was winners?

Not a scrub on the roster. Top to bottom all quality players.

Jordan, Mazen, Nolan, Derek Stef and Aws is one hell of a travel team let alone one out of six in the CFL and we got a C+?

You're talking draft right? So We should get an A+ hands down. We couldn't do anything about the fact that there weren't QBs in the draft (no Timmy is not a QB). We drafted talent and got a steal in every single round. Nolan in the 6th, Aws in the 4th, Step and Mazen are 2 of the top 10 players in the draft we we got them at the tail end of the top ten.

I'll put my top five picks vs anyone's top five Jordan, Stef, Mazen, Derek and Aws
Lance, Andrew, Mike Akrawi, Mohawk and Chris Sesi
Mike Sesi, Tony, Matt Shango, Christian Mike Hakim
Justin, Jordan JP, Niko, Anthony Naimi
Nate, Dylan, Rix, Derek P and Vinny
AA, Sean, Timmy, Peter and Dani Jajou

See now who drafted better than RED????

Red has the most talent but they need a Qb.

White needs some blocker/rushers

Yellow has the Kobe mindset

Blue has Jordan Rabban for three years. hahaha

Black has the best team on paper if this was 1997

Green can go either way, all on their qb
