We are offering 2 ways to working on your readiness for Spring Baseball.
Baseball Classes are in Session
Pitching Class & Hitting Class
The University of Baseball is excited to offer a new weekly Pitching & Hitting Class. These classes will offer training and drills for all aspects of pitching & hitting including: Mental Preparation, Pre-Game Warmup routines, Bullpens, Post-Game routines, On-Deck routines as well as muscle memory drills to develop proper mechanics to lower risk of injury while increasing velocity and power. Open to ALL ages!
Pitching @ 7pm - 2 slots open
Hitting @ 8pm - 4 slots open
