| I would like to congratulate the Hawks and Coolers on their respective wins. As a matter of fact I would like to congratulate all the teams for a good season. Super Saturday's games were all pretty close and low scoring, a treat to be involved with. I would also like to thank the executive for all the work they do and don't get a lot of credit for. Anyways, I had a very enjoyable season and learned that some guys that I thought were Dickheads were really actually ok guys. I keep stats on my games and I did 63 games and only had 126 questionable calls. L.O.L. Have a good winter and if allowed, I will be back next year. Take care.Bob

| Well... I'm gonna have to agree with Bob that it was a good year... although I did find that some guys I thought were actually okay were really Dickheads... but mostly the league is full of really good guys who just want to play some ball and have a few beers with friends. I know that the umps weren't always perfect - mostly! - but nobody gave us too hard a time and generally accepted when they knew we were right - we're always right! - and lived with it. No major whiners this year... other than those we expect it from... and Super Saturday was indeed a good day to be involved with. Glad it didn't rain too much and I hope everyone had a good time. thank you all for a good year and we'll see you next year!
And why did it get super hot on Saturday after the games were over??? 'Cause all the fans went home!!

Thanks for sharing your inter most thoughts about Dickheads. The league does appreciate the umps but you know that if a call goes the wrong way its always your fault and you missed the proper call. I know cause most of the Coolers losses this year were because of a missed call at 1st base even if though we got hammered 25-2. I should be a comedian -LOL

| Hey Coop, I did that game you speak of and did blow that call at 1st. I also remember the 3 over throws at 1st base, the 6 ground ball errors and the 5 missed fly balls, ones that Stevie Wonder could have caught. Sounds like we are all comedians. HA! HA! If you don't have a sense of humour you may as well end it now. Have a good winter and I will see you in the spring after I have my eye surgery in January

| I know you are concerned about my eye surgery and I am a little worried about it too. It is just that anything over 2 feet away is a blur. This condition has to be taken care of since it has been with me for 6 years. OK wish me luck. L.O.L.
