| Sign up now for the Austin Elite Baseball Speed and Strength Camp! Our top tier coaching staff will take the players through a speed, strength and conditioning program, providing the training necessary to stay in shape and be ready for the Spring 2017 season.
This camp will allow players to go through a much needed ball-down period while still working on their speed and strength. Camp will focus on teaching proper running mechanics and lifting techniques.
Our staff members have played at the highest level and all have personal training certificates to guarantee safety and proper training.
Camp will start the week of 11/28 and end on 1/19.
The cost for the camp is only $125 for 17 total sessions, providing a top level development program at an unbeatable value.
8u-12u Monday and Wednesday 6:00-7:30pm
12u-14u Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:30pm
Camp will be held at the Austin Elite Indoor facility: Located at 810 County Road 108 Hutto, TX 78660
