Game 1

Green vs Black

The Gone Fishing Game

Whoever loses this game is most likely going to be out of the playoffs and there are rumblings that T Rock might not be there. That means that Black's entire season hangs in the very capable hands of Mike Akrawi. How many times are we going to hear Mike to Mike in this game. The more we do the better Black's chances of winning. Marcus and Mohawk should be able to give Mike the time to find Mike on at least two scores, which should be enough seeing how Green didn't even get a single first down last week vs Red. Green is a shell of the team that Lance drafted, they are by far the best team on paper but unfortunately for them they have been bitten by the injury bug. Shango's hamstrings have been an ongoing issue for the past two years and really hurts Green on both sides of the ball. Mazen breaking a bone in his hand is the straw that broke the camel's back. He was there go to guy during their 4-0 start and missing him is as big if not bigger than having Shango at 40%. Rumor has it Mazen is going to suit up in a padded cast but for the coaches that have been around for a while, we know that that's just the coach blowing smoke to try to confuse the opposing coach.

Game 2

White vs Red

The Red Wedding

This shit ain't even going to be fair. White is going to feel like Red has three dragons on it's side.

The Red Wedding is a massacre at the wedding feast of Anthony Acho, Lord of RAB, and Sean Mattia at the WBHS in 2017 AC during the War of the Six Teams. The King of the White, AA, and his brother Scotty, and most of his 7 soldiers are slaughtered. The event is orchestrated by its hosts, Lords Max Shekker and Timmy Acho, as revenge for AA breaking of a Red pact he made with Coach AT, back in 2010 (left to play bball in Iraq). However, Shekker would never have gone along with the massacre which violated all the sacred laws of the CFL without the promise of protection from Lord Jordan Rassam, the Hand of the King to Anthony Toma.

Game 3

Yellow vs Blue

Back to real football... In this match up we have the two best quarterbacks in the league facing off. These two will be facing off for what could be a preview of the Chy Cup? Nate has carried his team to the promise land for back to back years and Justin has been in the mix every single year since he took over team Blue and even winning it once. They have similar styles and both have cannons to get the ball down field. Both have the weapons to go deep with Rix on one side and Dylan K and Andrew M on the other. Both have warriors in the trenches Chris S and Dylan P for Yellow and Fadi and Derek P for Blue. Both have sleeper players at the Center position in Vinnie (not such a sleeper anymore) and Bigz. And then there is that guy that we all forgot about AY, the guy that will be the difference maker in this game. The guy that was drafted number one overall and is ready to step up and take over with his play on both sides of the ball. These Yellow and Blue meetings are usually shootouts and I have no reason to think this game will be any different.

Its great to finally catch back up on the message board. I see the smack talk hasn't stop. Ive been out for two weeks I think its very fitting I put a little more salt and pepper on top of week 8 with this post.

after tomoorows games the cfl standings will start to fall into place for the postseason. week 8 for me is highlight by the morning game.

a lot of talk about this mike sesi character. I swear I thought he didn't try out this year. a one armed shabob is a lot better then a 2 armed mushakil. good luck to both mikes tomorrow. Green has the D-line dogs out there and its only a matter of time that Georgie and the boys get back to the form they had in the first half this year.

white vs red is gonna be bad. from what I hear red has hit their stride and they know who they are as a team now. watching white is not very fun.

yellow blue

a very marquee match-up to end the day. this year weve seen JO make the turn at quarterback and hes having an mvp caliber year. when he buys time in the pocket, his deep ball is lethal (considering his wideouts catch the balls that hit them in the hands).
As for yellow, the team that had their championship party after they beat green for the second time this year. I do think all the partying is gonna catch up to them. but you just cant count nate out. one bad angle and hes gone. not to mention his very experienced entourage

I like blue first half but yellow for the game.

Get your popcorn ready boys and good luck.
