| My son, James Nottingham (10 years old), has wrestled (Folkstyle) the last 2 years with the Rhinos and practiced at Woodway HS last year but I believe that practice was at 6:30 for the competitive practice. It looks like it has been moved up to 7:30pm and it's a bit late for him and us so I wanted to see what options there maybe. He'll likely compete in a few tournaments this year so I was wondering what your recommendation is and what practice he should attend if he was to wrestle this season: 1) Green Recreational, 2) Blue Recreational or 3) Competitive Folkstyle? What is the difference?
