We alternate weeks where we practice 3 days per week and 2 days per week. On the weeks we practice 3 days the extra practice is a pitching/catching clinic with former major league pitchers and catchers.

From assessments, long term development plans and instruction we want to help your athlete reach their potential. We offer bi-weekly pitching/catching clinics (included in fees), group and individual pitching, hitting, catching and infield lessons, as well hitting leagues.
Our goal is to offer athletes a complete training experience in one complex. No more driving from the batting cages, to the weight room and then to the pitching tunnel. From youth to Pro, our complex gives athletes every available tool to sharpen their development.
180 Performance Center features a 10,000 square foot indoor and 6500 square foot outdoor training center offering:
• Integration of the latest baseball technologies such as Hittrax, Rapsodo, Hack Attack, Win Reality and more.
• Indoor Hitting Cages and separate Pitching lanes & plyo wall
• Virtual Reality Hitting room through Win Reality
• Outdoor lighted turf infield for training
• 30 seat capacity classroom for skill analysis
• 10 Outdoor Hitting Cages for individuals and team practice
*Separate Strength and Agility offering assessments and development programs through True Grind Systems.
Our trainers use the most dynamic training methods available to adapt to each player’s individual growth.
