| Isn't the insurance for the black top real expensive.. . ? Wouldn't that mean hign ammision rates? And the cars would require more setup i think right? That would needs more sponsors am I not wrong. . I don't think this area would be able to support pavement finanically. . plus Dirts for racing, pavements for parkin.

| i'll go along with the facts too, dirts for racing plus everyone that knows anything about avondale will only tell ya there would defently be more accidents and people would be killed so as for that NO keep the dirt

| I agree too, it just isn't a day of racing unless you and your car come home covered in dirt.

| Dirt racing is great. Pavement racing is great too. It's like comparing trout fishing to salmon fishing....similar and exciting but both very different. The screeching of tires, the smell of rubber burning, and the intense braking and accelerating in the turns....I prefer pavement. But hey, dirst racing is exciting.....it sure is better than no racing at all !! I encourage anyone who is travelling to the Maritimes anytime soon, to check it out. Lots of paved tracks up there.

| Dirt Trackin is real racing! I never race on pavement untill a few years ago. Guess my dirt track racing experience showed last week when I drove around Jimmy Johnson for the win.

| Nascar or any series that goes around 200mph would be good to see on pavement, but I don't like racing at the weekly quarter mile or 3/8 milers that are on pavement! If the cars go in upwards of 200mph, I don't care what it's on, it's gonna be good most of the time, especially live!
