| Hardly seems fair that a $400 four cylinder could have more points than a $4000 eight and win the $2000.00 Bonus money???

| we spend just as much time in getting the mini's ready for race day as the eights so we should have just as much right as everyone else to win the money

| Car 50, You obviously don't know very much about stock cars. there are people at the track in the mini stock division cometing with 100 dollar cars people in the 8's are spending 40-150 times more than that to compete and plus a lot more time goes into building and preparation for 8's... now u tell me who probably deserves the 2 grand more

| I know V8 drivers who have the same car now for five years or more and I know mini stock drivers who are after going through about twenty cars.Lets do the math on that:1 x $2000 = $2000 (for an 8) or 20 x $100 = $2000 (for minis). It's six to one half dozen the other.

| I guess you only a race fan of the eights, but maybe sometime you should have a look at the people driving the fours. Most of the four banger drivers are only young and have to work their butts off every week to get a car and keep gas in it, then you look at the V8 drivers with their fancy trucks and trailers. I would love to see one of the four banger drivers who struggle every week to race win the money. It would make a greater impact to the life of a teenager or someone in their twentys more than it would to a 40+ year old.(And yes, i know it would help them too so don't argue that.) All I'm saying is everyone has the right to the money no matter who they are or how much their car cost.

| some poeple may have the same car for 5 years but by the time that car has hit the track each year there has been a $1000 or more spend on the car.so do the math again, year 1-$2000 year 2-5 $4000.so it adds up over 5 years-$6000.four's-20 cars @ $100 per car $2000 over 5 years.and the 40 year olds that race 8's with the fancy trucks have worked for those trucks, and have to pay for those trucks.so if 8's are so cheap to run why are not more racing them.

| I don't see the big deal. Last year there was no big money and nobody cared, this year they through two grand in and everyone goes crazy. If the V8 drivers are getting all worried that they can't beat a 4 cylinder it's just as well to give up OR instead of complaining they could go race ,build up points and try to win the money.

| Sorry, I read your last message a bit fast and misunderstood. And yes, like you said opinions are opinions. No one is really right as such but there's no need of the way some of the people get on. I mean the season is only about to start and already people are arguing about how it should end.

| I don't think its rocket science everybody. Why not have a prize of $1200 to the winner of the 8's, and $800 for the 4s? in two divisions. isn't that fair?
