Think about it Brian blocking with Dylon and you, Pete/Ray and Amer catching JR's sweet passes. JR could dump to Dylon or Brian, are you kidding me? He will cut the turnovers way down and give you guys a better chance to win. It's seems with you it's either a broken play for a long TD or a broken play for what should have been a 20 yard run intercepted instead.
You would gain at blocking and at receiver
Not knocking you but just telling you how I see it.

| Ant, I understand completely and I've looked at all the options many times. We would be lethal at receiver and blocking would be better, but who's to say that JR would cut down turnovers and escape the rush and make the timely throws. Plus Brian does not want to go to blocker.

| i'm not sure what happens in the 2nd half. It's more of an internal thing. I have made a commitment to play qb and I plan on playing for at least 10 yrs. Myself and Joey are the future of the league as far as young qb's so it's learning experience that will get better.
Joey with his red era didn't win for 3 years. I bet he learned a shit load from those 3 years and now he's the reigning champ. So I see it as a positive for me in the long run.

| Chris, I will respond to this one time and one time only, you have never been a #1 and never will be a #1 or a receiver again with the shape you are in for that matter. The only part you left out of the equation of you depressing DB's is that Ray is on the other side of the field requiring 2-3 guys attention and Russ is dropping Dimes that made Derek look like he could catch.

| Joey first of all the team we had was great and it just happened that we had 2 number 1 receivers on the team that's why we won 2 in a row. If I wasn't a 1 then how come I was being covered by "#1 corners" like yourself and Tony and constantly having success. If you would like to guard me I'll show what kind of 1 I am.
you said it yourself about Joey, it wasn't Russ who made the clutch catches, or Russ who turned 5 yd. slants into TD'S, or Russ or Ray who separated me from the #1 corner after a juke move, that was all me buddy and you know it.

| Now that's a good day of posting!
Just a couple of clarifications... Two years ago, Team Red (and mostly me) ate the fattest cock in CFL history against White in the playoffs. That said, we did beat Green twice that season and whether they admit it or not, they did not want to see Red in the finals. The Green Machine was a great team, but not dominating. They were, however, back-to-back champions, which means they made the plays at the right times and they did what it took. And they deserve props for that.
As far as last weekend's game. Green really just outplayed us. There is nothing else I can say about that. I am praying, PRAYING we get a chance to redeem ourselves in the playoffs. I guess we'll see what happens at that point.
2004 WHITE Wall -5.5 vs. 2003 Green Machine. Any time, any place (maybe Phoenix so Anthony Hesano could play).
