It was a tough decision this year because TEAM White was exactly that, a team. And really, Joey Kejbou is my all-time MVP. He impacts the game in so many ways, and he is the best player in the league until proven otherwise (Tony made a strong push). But Joey missed a few games, so he'll have to wait till next year to get his third MVP award.

This year's MVP is...... DENNIS SARAFA. On the field, Denny lead our team in TD's and receptions, as well as extra points. He also filled in on defense while Joey was out and at various other times during the season. It is no secret that i'm always looking for him, and despite the attention he was getting, he still managed to produce game in and game out. That catch against Green was one of the best i've ever seen. And while he brings all that to the table on the field, he is even more valuable off it. All of the gameplanning that I got credit for this year was mostly Dennis (and you too Joey). We talked every single day about different schemes on both offense and defense. He also has a calming effect on me and the team. When he speaks, everyone listens. He leads by example on and off the field. The TEAM, and especially me, wouldn't be where we are without him. So, at the age of 36, 10 years removed from his last MVP award, this one is for you Den. Congrats, you earned it.

Nolan- when Joey went down, I asked you to step up your game and you did. You are a game breaker and your intesity is contagious. You also tapped by far the most ass of anyone on TEAM White throughout the season, so congrats on that.

Jordan- man o' man, what a competitor. You had a major impact on this league and i'm glad I could be a part of that. I think everyone agrees that you were the Championship MVP. And if there was any question whether or not you were the ROY going into the game, you answered that pretty clearly. For a rookie to play like that in such a big game really says alot about what kind of player you are. You called your own number twice in that game... Once when you rushed alone and sacked Karl on third down from our 6 yard line, and another on the game winning catch. Unreal, I get goosebumps when I think about it.

Danny- although it doesn't seem possible, you played the entire season mistake free. You stepped in and played wherever I needed you and you never missed a beat.

Bruce- Silent killer. Quietly did your job the whole season and caught every pass I threw to you.

Dave- Played every position on defense, was the key to our defensive flexibility.

Steve- Had some of the most impressive flag pulls over the course of the season. Filled in on offense whenever I needed it.

John- All heart. Got better every single week. No bad snaps in the final 8 weeks of the season. Pretty impressive. Made some huge catches down the stretch on Saturday too.

Sheena- If someone got hurt or tired, your were never there to play. All you did was bitch and complain about not playing the full games. You also showed no support for TEAM White until the championship. Just kidding, just kidding. History shows that whenever you and I are on the same team, we win it all. Played one game and we didn't miss a beat.

You are all champions. You will all be immortalized on the cup. Thank you all.

Bob, can we talk about a dynasty now? 22-2 over two seasons, and back-to-back Chy Cups. And thank you for having the post game party, I heard I had fun. I also heard that I called two girls whores at Spangas for no reason at all. That didn't go over too well according to my wife, I don't know how you get away with that all the time.

And AT, thank you for getting those lights turned on, it was an unbelievable experience.
