15 minute therapeutic exercises
10 minute manual traction
5 minute prostate rub with heat, the best.
5 days this week and of course a Viagra before the game.
Ill be in tip top shape ready to get burned, mossed, juked, and smoked for some TDs.

Can you stay to one side so that I don't have to run back and forth after every huddle.
