In what will be an interesting week leading up to the CFL playoffs

The last thing team white wanted to see is Nate in the first round after a dirty hit sidelined the star qb in the first meeting between the two teams

White comes stumbling into the dance

While Green comes in soaring high after 5 straight victories (big ups timmy acho)

Blue gets in on a technicality and will try to end Green's winning streak

But lets be honest thats not what were here to talk about

"The Revenge game" will be in full swing when Yellow and White clash on sunday morning

Acho and his son Mattia (who he disowned a few weeks ago when he tried to bench Mattia) need to be on top of their game for this one. All the shit talking from the first meeting will definitely be lingering into this matchup.

Yellow is going to come out firing and look to end this one early. Put up or shutup time, i wont be stopped! Not by this soft ass team. Im guaranteeing a victory on sunday. CHY cup will be ours!

I dont see the heart or will on team white to get through to the championship. A bunch of talent will come crashing down and friendships will take a hit on a lost season. Sorry fellas but you get to play the best fucking team in the league with your #1 seed!

Nate 5 total TDs
Rix 2 TDs 1 int
Dylan 1 td
Jajo 1 td

Acho 3 Tds 2 int
Mattia 1 td
Mohawk 1 td
B nafsu 1 td

33- 19 yellow advances

27-20 blue advances over green

Good luck!

First off let me address this for the first and last time here on this message board. Anyone who knows Ray Khami knows for damn sure that he never has or ever will be a dirty player so to call that play dirty is straight up wrong. People out here get hit way harder and with way worse intent every week (Mike Sesi, I’m talking about you lol). Yes, it was very unfortunate the way Nate landed and no one was more upset or sorry about it than Ray and all of Team White. No one on our team wanted that result, especially because we wanted to whoop your asses at full strength.

Now let’s talk about this matchup we have Sunday, let the past stay in the past, no need to rehash on that any more.

Quarterback - WHITE
White: Anthony Acho
Yellow: Nate Karumi

The edge in this matchup goes to Anthony this week. He’s been the clear cut favorite for the MVP all season long, although Timmy and Sean might have something to say about that now that a full 10 weeks have been played. Also, it goes without saying Nate’s injury has a lot to do with it. If by some miracle Nate’s abid super genes kick in and he’s 100% healthy by Sunday maybe I’ll rethink this. Actually, wouldn’t matter…I’m taking my QB over yours all day, every day and twice on Sunday.

Wide Receivers - WHITE
White: Sean, Mohawk, The Real DJ/Brandon Nafsu
Yellow: Ricky, The Other DJ, Fill in the Blank

I think it’s pretty clear who has the edge here as well. For those who haven’t noticed Sean is pretty damn good. It's funny, I can remember just a few weeks back, before the season started some people were talking about Sean not even being a first rounder. Guys been hands down the best skill position player in this league all season long and it’s not even close. Nick is a force in the slot and both Dani and Brandon have proven they can break one at any moment. Yellow has a great 1, 2 punch but the 3rd receiver has been a revolving door all season long so I’ll take 3 against 2 every time.

Trenches - YELLOW
White: Derek P, Cresto, Ray K, Scotty, Hawk, Dani J
Yellow: Dylan P, Jimmy, Chris Sesi, Nick Ammori

I think both teams do a good job of protecting the quarterback and getting to the quarterback but the edge goes to Yellow here because of their horse in Dylan. He’s probably the league leader in sacks and he allows Yellow to sit back and rush 2 while still creating pressure. Nick Ammori is a smart, savy vet who is quietly (yet again) having another good season in his comeback tour and Chris Sesi is dangerous in the LB position when he’s able to utilize his speed coming up the middle. It's hard to pick against any team that has Mohawk on it but a very very very slight edge to Yellow here.

Seconday – WHITE
White: Sean, Anthony, Brandon Nafso
Yellow: Dani Jajo, Ricky, Nate/Chris Sesi

No Fly Zone! That’s been the motto for Team White’s secondary all year and they’ve lived up to it. No team has more take aways than this group and they are the biggest reason White’s defense has allowed nearly 40 points less than the next closest team on the season. They’re fast, physical, and athletic. Yellow on the other hand has a solid secondary as well. Ricky can lay the boom from the safety spot and covers a lot of ground and if Nate’s healthy enough to mix it up back there they can do some damage. If he can’t go and Chris Sesi has to step in there, he’s no slouch either.

All in all it should be a great game but Rixx if you do the math it looks like White comes out on top. All that shit talking, all that blah blah blah blah you’ve been throwing our way is going to bite you in the ass my friend. You’re going to eat your words this Sunday, that I can GUARANTEE )

See you Sunday

Almost forgot about the second game...

Green vs. Blue
Green – 3.5, O/U 31
My Pick: Green & the Under

Quarterback – BLUE
Green: Timmy Acho
Blue: Justin Orow

It’s hard to pick against Timmy here, he’s the engine behind this comeback season for Green and he’s put the whole league on notice (Coaches especially) that he IS a quarterback, and a rising star at the position. However, I can’t pick against a guy who has as much success and experience as JO...a chy cup under his belt and a near miss at a chance to go Back to Back (I’m still not over it JO). Not to mention he’s also one of the most dangerous QB’s in the league running the ball. He can beat you with his legs alone, and he just might have to this week if he wants to pull one out on Sunday.

Wide Receivers – GREEN
Green: Shango, Mazen, Peter Namou
Blue: Nikko J, Dylan K, and Jordan R

If Green is healthy it’s not even close here. Mazen, Shango, and Peter are pretty much as good as it gets on the outside. Mazen has really stepped it up in Shango’s absence making play after play for this Green team. Peter sneaks up on you with his athleticism and when he cracks look out. Shango looked hobbled in Week 10 but much respect to him for playing on one leg out there and still being a factor. If Green is firing on all cylinders it’s going to be this group that will steal the show.

Trenches – GREEN
Green: Peter Namou, Chef, Travis A, Timmy's, Mark H
Blue: Joe Garmo, Pierre B, Nikko J, Jordan R, Ivan H

What I saw Green do in Week 10 to a Red team with the best rushing duo in the league was very impressive. Mark Hajar and Chef did great to hold up against George and Jordan so I expect Timmy to have all day against Blue. Peter in the middle of the field on the other side of the ball along with the speed Green can throw at blue up front is a good combination. Blue has a weapon in Rookie Joe Garmo and Pierre Bacall is one of the more underrated offensive linemen in this league so I expect the protection to be good from them as well but still a slight edge to Green overall.

Secondary – EVEN
Green: Mazen, Shango, Lance Samona
Blue: Justin, Dylan, Nikko/Anthony Naimi

I think both teams are evenly matched here. Lance always has his boys ready on this side of the ball and does a great job making plays himself but Blue also has a star in the secondary in JO and a rising star in Dylan Kallabat back there. Dylan uses his speed and length to make a lot of plays on the ball and Justin can run with anyone. Again, if we had a healthy Shango here to throw into the mix I’d give the edge to Green but that’s simply not the case.

Good luck to both teams, I think this will be a dog fight but in the end I pick Green to come out on top. If all goes according to plan, I just might get my wish to play you guys under the lights after all…
