| Wow that was a pretty rough beating. POD Rob the regulator blasting one over the LC fielders head. Hammer has a new respect for him. Worst POD - Rob's baserunning shortly thereafter as he was still marveling in his long blast.
Well at least no one got hurt? Where be Frem?

| Good god! Driving up the Pennsylvania Turnpike, I could see the missles flying off hammer's bat! Luckily, no one shot box for the day.
Good to get all the kinks out. Lord knows I already did in the Valentine's day massacre tourney.
Back to the basics next week. Freddo will be there, Musalo should be in, Frem had major tampon issues, we have a special shipment coming in this week from the DR for Nicky "blasts", and the CCD needs to dig out the old PBJ soundtrack from 2008.

| OH man, it was rough out there. Four at bats and one was a walk. Aboslutely horrible. It was nice to get the kinks out in the field though. I feel like I should thank JNK for giving me an opportunity to run all over the field. LOL

| FYI, I don't use DEP. I use Aveda flax seed gel, the weather is officially hovering over 45 degrees, and the Frosties are looking into a new red bat, so back the %^&* up!!!!
