| Frosties split with Iron Horses. First game Horseys won 10-5, and the second game Frosties bounced back to win 12-5. With the exception of a few major Frosty miscues, pitching and defense were spectacular for both teams. There were some google earth shots hit, but for the most part K-dogg neutralized the Frosty red bats as he most often does with that dazzling knuckle ball inducing the Frosties to hit long fly ball outs all night. Brian G pitched well for the Frosties giving up only 6 earned runs in two games, and Deesto relieved Brian in game 2 due to precautionary reasons. Deesto at one point retired 8 in a row and gave up only 2 unearned runs in picking up the W in game 2.
Frosties will now resume regular league play for the remainder of the season. We want to thank Balls Deep and Iron Horses for agreeing to play in crossover match-ups. Both teams were highly competitive and both belong in a higher level than sandbagging C.
Frosty bats must come alive as we only have eight games remaining and then the playoffs arrive! We need to motivate ourselves from start to finish!
