| Awesome job today Birds. I think we played well at all phases of the game. Props to Sutter who went 4x4 with a HR and 5 rbis and got a skid mark on his skull cap. Nate had 12 k's, he delivered 9 on the hill and added 3 at the plate for a Nate-trick. A-Rod became the shortest first baseman in Redbirds history. Nixy might retire with a 5.000 OPS. Phil and Gale, high and outside. Add BY had some sweet socks. Overall, one of the best games in the 11 yr history of the Birds...

| Ya ya I forgot about both of those. Especially the broken metal bat. I've only seen it happen 3 times ever. Never seen anyone running the bases and fling his helmet off from a bee flying into it. Mainly cuz I wrote this post at 12:45 in the morning with only 4 hrs sleep. I have a feeling there's gonna be a lotta cool moments this season. And we haven't even brought out the mullet yet...

| Well done, I'm a nobody but missed the game against you guys Sunday. I played at UC Davis back in the day and was looking forward to facing up at 'home' against the much talked about Redbirds. Heard afterwards you all were damn impressive (obviously). Good luck the rest of the way, and next time we meet up, I'll see what I can do keep a repeat from ocurring LOL. Congrats.

| Maybe I need to miss games more often. Way to go Big Redbird Machine. Props to Nasty Nate for throwing the first no-no in Redbird History. Looks like we will be swinging wood more often this year boys...
