The Loft Rides Danny Mac Masterpiece to Victory
Two games, two pitchers' duels. Cornerstone banged out 12 hits, but shot themselves in the foot with multiple double-plays, scoring four total runs on the day. Defensively, the team played pretty well. Charlie Kacamburas had three hits again, Jeff Kelly drove in two, and Pat Lavanga and Eric Pellerin drove in one run.
The Loft also had a total of 12 hits. Jim Dietz hit a triple in the gap knocking in a run. Dave Pierce went 3 for 3 and Chet went 2 for 3 knocking the tying run and the game winning RBIs.
