Astros Bats Come Alive, Blow It Open Late To Secure W
With a gentle lake breeze keeping the black flies at bay, the NH Astros & the MA Millers played a fairly clean game in the field and let their bats do the talking, combining for thirty-six (36) hits on the day, with the Astros pounding out an inside the park home run, a triple, three doubles, and a pile of singles. The Millers had a homer that still hasn't landed. Next weekend, the MA Millers visit the NH Granite, while the NH Astros welcome the NH Pirates to a Wednesday night game under the lights in Bedford, followed by a home game next Saturday in Merrimack versus the NH Brewers.
