"Marks Dominates"
The East Side Merchants (6-15, 4-10) got back on track in a big way Monday night at Dunning Stadium as Deryk Marks powered the Merchants past Sport & Spine, 3-2. It was the first time in the last four seasons where East Side had defeated the heavily favored league rival, while snapping a respective four game losing streak of their own. Marks picks up his first win as an East Side Merchant while tossing his second consecutive complete game and extending his scoreless steak on the mound to 11 innings.
