"Dan Caffrey Leads Way"
The East Side Merchants (4-10, 2-5) got outstanding performances on the 4th of July from starting pitcher Jason Mrozinski, who picked up his first win of the 2008 season and Dan Caffrey, honorary team manager, who collected his first Merchant hit, run, double, and had a multiple hit game in the process. The Merchants, led by Caffrey, pounded out 11 hits in route to a 7-3 victory in Le Sueur for their fourth team win of the season.
