Gianna Via's Moves On To Playoffs With Five Straight Wins
In a game with no seeding implications, the teams enjoyed a night of action on Munhall's seven million dollar West Field as they prepared themselves for the upcoming playoffs. Gianna Via's won its fifth straight game to complete their playoff push with the 11-3 win over South Park. Entering the night, South Park had already locked up third place with thirteen victories in their last fourteen games. Joe Aul homered for the winners who also got a pair of hits from Kyle Lucot. Anthony Monaco and Chad Jacob had two hits each for South Park.
