No Global Warming - Northstars 1 Pats 0
Freezing temperatures in Miami ended the Patriots title hopes in a 1-0 loss to the Northstars. Monchi Quintero was outstanding, pitching 6 innings allowing just 3-hits, striking out 4-batters. Defensively the Patriots were strong early on, turning two double plays before the wheel's came off in the 4th. A dropped ball in right and a second error in left led to the only run of the game. David Villa and Tito Torres recordrd the only hits for the Patriots. The weather conditions were tough but congratulations to the Northstars for advancing to the semi's.
