Patriots Open Season With 12-1 Win
Armando Gonzalez led the Patriots to victory in the season opener, 12-1 over the Miami Titans. Gonzalez went 2-2, walked twice and scored 3-runs. Starter Mikey Campos was the winning pitcher, going four strong innings, striking out four and started a 8-run rally with a 6th inning single. Andres Rivera pitched the final 2 frames to seal the win. Jireh Gonzalez added a 2-run single. The Patriots also had hits from Wilfred Navarro Monchi Quintero and Tito Torres. Pablo DeArmas was the defensive player of the game.
