Braves defeat Hornets 8-3

The Osceola Braves defeated the Haugen Hornets 8-3 on Saturday night front of a large crowd at the Haugen Ballpark. Osceola broke open a close 5-3 game with 3 runs in the top of the 9th to pull away to an 8-3 victory. Zack Fisher led the Hornets offense with a triple and single.
Isaac Rohde started and worked 6 innings, allowing 5 runs, only 3 earned and was charged with the loss. Alex Kempf and Matt Juza worked in relief for the Hornets.
Even with the outcome of the game, it was a fun night at the Haugen Ballpark, as the Hornets inducted Greg Aune to their Wall of Fame. Around 25 former Hornets players were on hand for the ceremony and game.
