StickMen Grind Out a Gritty Win
On Wednesday night, StickMen and Spartans clashed for the final game of the opening week of the 2017 edition of CAN Events Agency Spring League. Buckets were hard to come by as each team struggled to find any true rhythm throughout the night. In unprecedented fashion, each team won 2 quarters, alternating wins as the game progressed. In the end, StickMen edged out the Spartans 63 to 59. Euriah Pemberton led all scorers with 18 while StickMen team mate Keaton Souster was close behind with 17 in his Spring League debut. Theo Parks and Todd Labbe each notched 14 in a losing effort for the Spartans.
