Ball Don’t Stick I guess even when you have C.R.E.A.M all over the ball it doesn’t have to stick. C.R.E.A.M is probably the most cohesive unit in the league which comes to no surprise as their core has been together longer than yin and yang. With Sunny Sooch (the architect) at the helm pulling the strings, the team seems to get just that much better each season and has an inherent sense of where each other are on the court. This was on full display as the ball appeared to be a hot potato on each offensive possession with very limited wasted dribbling. Though the Spartans battled hard, they struggled to find a cohesive flow to match their opponent en route to a 96-69 decision. Six players from C.R.E.A.M scored in double digits led by Patty P with 22. Though I didn’t get the full context of the conversation, C.R.E.A.M’s R2 was overheard saying the line of the night and possibly the season – “when in doubt pull out.” I can only assume that perhaps it is their team moto and advice to their opponents to avoid the embarrassment of having C.R.E.A.M all over them? Did I go too far? Don’t hate the player, hate the game. #sorrynotsorry
