The Vudoos would jump out to a 1-0 lead when Mike Cenatiempo would finish on a one-timer from Mike "Mikey Jr." Cenatiempo, Jr. That lead would quickly evaporate when The Clinic Club would retaliate with a goal by Dave Winters from Alden Bustos, then Stephen "The Father" Priest would go high for 2-1 Clinic Club. The Vudoos would then flip roles and have Mike Sr. assist Mike Jr., and it would go into the second period at 2-2, with the Vudoos ahead on shots at 12-6. The Vudoos would then take over and hold The Clinic Club to zero shots in the second period. While holding down The Clinic Club, on the other end, James Woods-Corwin would give the Vudoos the lead, then he would assist Ray "Ziesse's Peanut Butter Cup" Ziesse. Now 4-2, the Vudoos would go into the third period up by that margin, while leading on shots at 24-6. Clamping down on The Clinic Club, the Vudoos would go three ahead with Tom "Godzilla" Godon from Mark Schwanda, then Ziesse would notch another goal, and follow this with his hat trick goal from Mike Cenatiempo, Sr. It was now 7-2, which would be the final, as the Vudoos would also win the battle on shots at 39-11 in an all-around complete performance. The Stateside Tap + Tavern Man of the Match Award was won by Ray "Ziesse's Peanut Butter" Cup" Ziesse (3G), and Mike Cenatiempo, Sr. (1G, 2A).
