The Brewers would go ahead with an early goal by Sean "Babyface" Feeney from Captain Greg Shiff, but Team ODIN's Captain, Jason Fischbach, would level it on a deke from Matt "Strawberry Milk" Skjeie before they would leapfrog the Brewers with a goal by Brian "The Salamander" Salvesen from Pete Sztankovits. Now up, Team ODIN would add another with Sztankovits on a one-timer from Chris Ostapiuk and The Salamander, but the Brewers would bounce back with Babyface unassisted. The final goal of the first period would be Fischbach on an odd-man rush from The Salamander for 4-2 ODIN, who would also lead on shots at 18-9.The second period would see the Brewers immediately pull a goal back through the dazzling moves of Eddie Butterman, but Strawberry Milk Skjeie would cancel that out from The Salamander, and an the ODIN lead would balloon to three when Strawberry Milk would go off the post and in from Ostapiuk and Chris Taormina, now 6-3. The third period would end at that score, and it would be 32-18 in favor of Team ODIN on shots.The third period would begin with a Brewers goal: Adam Sklar from Mark Esposito, and it would now be a 6-4 ODIN. The Brewers would come closer when Butterman, from Greg "Turn Down for What" Ternlund, would bring it to 6-5. The Brewers would have enough time to where not only coming back to force overtime would be realistic, but winning in regulation would. Unfortunately they would be unable to get another goal, and Team ODIN would clamp down defensively and win 6-5. The Stateside Tap + Tavern Man of the Match Award was won by Brian "The Salamander" Salvesen (1G, 3A), and Matt "Strawberry Milk" Skjeie (2G, 1A).
