This game would feature Team ODIN and the Swarm, two teams which are contenders for the Division II crown. The marquee matchup, and final game across the whole of the PTAHL before Thanksgiving would begin with a Ryan Bolton goal on a breakaway. Bolton would deke a couple of times before lifting the puck high and in, but the Swarm would respond with Beuk Forrest on a one-timer from the point, from Nick Pieron. Looking to ride the momentum from Forrest's laser, the Swarm would attack with more fervor; but ODIN would hold steady by blocking many shots and countering on the other end. The ODIN returning of fire would not result in any goals either, but they would claw back that momentum and while it would remain level at 1-1, ODIN would have the advantage on shots at 11-6. Jeff "Lamb Chop" Lamborn would have a pair of quick tallies in the second period, notching them in the span of nine seconds: First Lamb Chop would finish from Michael "The Dachshund" Malarowski on an odd-man rush, and next when Lamb Chop would go just inside the post from Brian "The Salamander" Salvesen. A Chris Osatpiuk goal would make it 4-1 ODIN, but the Swarm would retaliate with Forrest from Austin 'The Texan" Schoenig from Frank "The Tank" Bason. ODIN would not be content with a two goal cushion, and would go 5-2 up on Captain Jason Fischbach's wrister from The Dachshund, which would be the scoreline going into the second period, as ODIN would now lead on shots 28-16. The third period would begin with an ODIN goal, 17 seconds in, with The Salamander from Dean Moakler. Now 6-2, Ostapiuk would be on the end of a Ryan Bolton pass for 7-2, and Fischbach would do the same from Lamb Chop for 8-2 and running time. The next ODIN goal would be a pretty finish, Pete Sztankovits would one-time from Ostapiuk and Devin Long after a great build up, but the Swarm would pull back a consolation goal with Steve Romano low from Forrest. Now 9-3, that would hold for a Team ODIN win, while outshooting the Swarm 38-22. The Stateside Tap + Tavern Man of the Match Award was won by Chris Ostapiuk (2G, 1A), Jeff "Lamb Chop" Lamborn" (1G, 2A), and Michael "The Dachshund" Malarowski (3A).
