Through the goals of Ed Stulak, Steve Romano, and Jimmy "The Burner" Byrnes from Beuk Forrest, the Swarm would establish a 3-0 lead. This lead would quickly dissipate when Michael "The Dachshund" Malarowski would tally from Devin Long, and when Chris Ostapiuk would follow unassisted twice, but a Stulak respite would pull the Swarm ahead 4-3. Ostapiuk would complete his hat trick, then Alec Antunes from Long would pull Team ODIN ahead, but the final goal of the first period would be Skyler "H To The" Izzo and the wild first period would end 5-5 and 20-19 in shots for the Swarm. The second period would produce more Swarm goals, when like in the first, they would hit the target three times before ODIN got anything going: Romano from Forrest, then Forrest unassisted twice, for 8-5. But here would come Team ODIN, who would bring it to 8-7 with Ryan Bolton from The Dachshund, and Bolton from Ostapiuk. Forrest would then finish for his trick from Captain Patrick Stehn for 9-7 Swarm, which would be the score going into the third period, who would also lead on shots 40-36. The third period would have appeared to shape up for more goals on both sides, but instead it would be the Swarm who would bludgeon Team ODIN, with seven goals, starting with Romano's hat trick goal from Stulak. Izzo would add another, then Mike Wagner would get in on the action from Romano for 12-7. Stulak would notch his hat trick goal from Forrest and Romano, then he would add another goal when Wagner would assist. Romano would get a fourth when Volonnino would help, and Forrest would join them with four goals when he would cap off a 16-7 Swarm win, unassisted. The Stateside Tap + Tavern Man of the Match Award was won by Beuk Forrest (4G, 4A), Steve Romano (4G, 2A) and Ed Stulak (4G, 1A).
