Green Brook and Holy Book Hockey would each be locked into their seeds, two and one, respectively, but a win by either would give them massive confidence that they would be the championship favorite, irrespective of the final standings. With a hook to Andrew Molesky, Holy Book would go down a man, but Dan "Hollerin'" Halleran would put his Bookkeeping Pals ahead with a low finish after he would read a Green Brook pass, jump into that passing lane, and going the other way. Green Brook would recover from this, when, with only one second on the clock, would level it when Pat Perez would jam in from Andrew Bzdula, on a scrum in front of the Holy Book net. The first period would end 1-1, and Green Brook would have the better of the play, and lead 14-6 on shots. The second period would begin with a Perez goal from Milton Solis, then ten seconds later, Perez from Joe Patrick for a a natural hat trick. Now down 3-1, Holy Book would halve their deficit through Mike "Merf Dog" Merfert from Hollerin' Halleran, and it would go into the third period at that 3-2 scoreline, Green Brook ahead on shots 26-20. Bzdula's third period goal from Patrick and Perez would bring it to 4-2 Berets, but Milton Solis' trip would put Holy Book on a power play. They would make it count when Merfert would finish from Hollerin' Halleran, and it would return to a one goal game. Holy Book would eventually pull their goalie for the extra attacker, but they would concede when Nep Ulloa would put it in the empty net, and it would be 5-3 Green Brook, which would hold for the final. The Stateside Tap + Tavern Man of the Match Award was won by Pat Perez (3G, 1A).
