Let's face it things have been hectic but recent happenings merit some talk, a bit of reflection and some speculation. After what I deemed a decent season for the Blueroom Devils, finishing second only to the Bad Company the BRD are still vying for championship immortality while the Bad Company is off doing who knows what. Yes, the BRD was awarded a bye for its stellar record of 13-1-1 in an admittedly average division for the 1st round of the Hockeytown playoffs. With that said fans wondered if the Devils could contend with one of the top teams from the highly touted Tuesday night league. The BRD did not disappoint and managed to get the job done and do what they did so often in the regular season—win. Next up the BRD are to face some familiar faces when they match up against Some Red Team. This should be a spirited battle and either team could win. Come next Tuesday night we shall see. The BRD have managed to make it to the final 8. I honestly can not rule them out of winning 3 in a row. They have the talent if they believe in it. I repeat they have the talent if they believe in it. Let's see if the Blueroom can put it together this year and take it play by play, period by period, and game by game.
