Upset Parent - Intelligent too

I don't live at the park or keep up with the private business but I know enough and talk to enough people to know that what was done to Coach Knight is wrong, this organization allowed one man, which I have had problems with when my son played last year with control and abuse his authority, I'm talking about Commissioner Craig which I hear is no longer the commissioner good riddons, that man tried to control and thought he was the boss of everyone and talk to people like they were trash. Now I hear that because of him my son will not have a coach at the 160 level, and I heard that Palmetto did nothing to stop this.. I am disappointed and my son who played for the 130's will go play at Richmond. I know Coach Knight for years and coach Eddie probably 2 of the best coaches you have ever had there.. the kids love them, the parents love them too, and what they do for those kids is outstanding, and because of this militant midgets power trip now I have to suffer, well Coach Knight I hope you find somewhere better to go to... Palmetto will miss you and will suffer for it. Thank you from one Parent that appreciates you and many that just don't come on to write about it. LETS GO RICHMOND!! |

HE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL FOR PRECAUTIONARY REASONS. THEY JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT THERE WAS NO LASTING SPINAL CORD OR NECK INJURIES. HE SUFFERED WHAT IS KNOWN IN THE THE FOOTBALL WORLD AS A"STINGER". HE WAS EVALUTATED THOROUGHLY AND THEN RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL SHORTLY AFTER OUR BUS ARRIVED AT OUR PARK SUNDAY NIGHT AFTER THE GAME. FIRST THE 105'S YOU GUYS WORKED HARD AND DIDN'T DRINK YOUR OWN KOOL-AID, YOU WORKED HARD AND DID IT. 135'S PEOPLE JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU GUYS WENT THRU, YOU WEREN'T EVEN SUPPOSE TO PLAY AND WITH 3 DAYS YOU WERE TOLD YOU WERE IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP DUE TO THE HELPING HANDS INCIDENT AND YOU HAD TO GET YOUR KIDS, COACHES AND EQUIPMENT READY IN 1 DAY THEN PRACTICE FOR 2 DAYS AND GIVE RICHMOND THE GAME OF THE YEAR.. TAKING THEM DOWN TO 3 SECONDS WITH THE BALL ON THE 20 YD LINE AND THEM LEADING 14-8, ALL YOU HAD TO DO IS SCORE AND HIT THE EXTRA POINT AND YOU WIN THE GAME... WE ARE PROUD OF WHAT YOU DID.. Thanks to the hardwork and determination of Coach D Flowers!An immoral and unethical situation was brought to the attention of Coach Flowers that Helping Hands had taking part of. Because of his persistance and the cooperation from Mr Darby & Comm Craig, our players have been given a chance to reclaim their destiny. Winning shouldn't come at all costs... Especially at the expense of Ethics and Moral Values...Trust and Honesty are essential in everyday life.. And, Integrity means never having to look over your shoulder.. These are the characteristics that should be instilled in our children in order for them to know and understand that winning isn't everything, but doing your very best and giving your all is!! Teamwork should not be about one putting his or her own self serving interests above those of our players, coaches or parents.. We will achieve far more as a TEAM than INDIVIDUALS..TEAMWORK DIVIDES THE EFFORT AND MULTIPLIES THE EFFECT!!!
