Melinda Mizuno hilo April 2, 2013 9:47:19 AM Entry ID: 2025448	Coach MJ and her assistants run a positive program that has given my 9 year old confidence and an opportunity to stay active while making new friends. Without realizing it, my daughter is learning the proper way to run and the importance of warming up and cooling down. The smile on her red-cheeked face when practice is over is the best indicator that she is getting a lot out of the experience. Thank you Coach MJ!

Both of my children aged 17 and 10 have learned a great deal under their leadership. The Tominaga?s both can see an athlete?s potential and give great advice so these athlete?s can be successful at their events. The time and energy they pour into their club AND multiple coaching is amazing! I am proud to say that my kids are learning from the best!

Through Sunrise Athletics, they have created opportunities for our children to compete at state and national levels that wouldn't otherwise exist. They are organized and concerned about the overall health and well being of the runners in addition to making them more competitive. We are grateful for the opportunities our children have had as a result of Sunrise Athletics.

They are always so positive and willing to work with the students. My children have grown so much and learned positive life skills. I am so grateful for the opportunity and would like to thank the Tominaga's for excellent coaching.

The Coaches are dedicated to every member on the team Our Island does not offer too many opportunities in Track/Field. This program allows our children to continue throughout the year, in Track & Field, and Cross Country events. Mahalo to who ever supports this great organization.

With the great coaches that the club has, my children are not only learning athletic skills but also values that are important in life. I am very thankful that my children get to be a part of such an awesome club and I look forward to everything that this club can offer to not only my children but future members. With the positive feedback and support from the coaches and other members, my son now has the confidence that he can do great things in the sport of Track & Field and for that, I thank you coaches!!

I admire the dedication and commitment that the club founders and community coaches make in volunteering their time almost year round and in various sports to support these young athletes.
