2026 Outdoor Season Registration Form
Please turn in this form to the Armory Sports & Community Center (701 E. Ash) with $155 payment. Must be paid with cash, check or money order. Registration day is Saturday, March 14 at the Armory 2p-5p. If you cannot make it to registration day, you can begin turning in forms Monday, March 16.
