AYC code of conduct
This is separate from our Code of Conduct

Ocala Youth Cheer Code of Conduct
All girls , Coaches and Parents must read and sign. Violations will not be tolerated

Concussion form
This is also needed. Each child must fill it out, sign it , and have parents sign it as well. It is in regards to head trauma
