2023 PYFCO Ethical standards
Must be signed by all Coaches and Board members within any PYFCO league.
2022 PYFCO Parent code of conduct
To be signed by every parent of all PYFCO leagues and maintained on file at the league level.
2023 PYFCO Transfer form
Must be filled out completely by the Parents of any child who is switching leagues within PYFCO. The Participate will be ineligible until the form is completed and turned into the Commissioners office on eligibility day and approved by the Commissioners.
2023 PYFCO Waiver request
To be filled out by any parent who has chosen to move their participate up to the next age group team, even though their age would allow them to play on a younger team. Must be turned into the Commissioners on the eligibility day. Player will be ineligible until form is completed, approved and on file. *Note that once a participate is moved up and added to the roster the participate may not move back down.
2023 PYFCO Middle school waiver
Must be completed and signed by any parent who has an athlete that participates in Middle School Football or Cheer leading and turned into the Commissioners office on eligibility day.
2023 PYFCO Coaches roster
Must be filled out completely by every league within PYFCO and submitted to the Commissioners office by the first eligibility day.
2023 PYFCO Working Roster
This form is to be filled out alphabetically by last name and turned in electronically to the Commissioners office by the first scheduled eligibility day. Commissioners encourage leagues to turn in as soon as possible for the creation of the game day rosters.
2023 PYFCO Game Day summary
To be used on game day and turned into Commissioners the following week.
2023 PYFCO Game day protest form
This form is to be used for any protest of any game with in PYFCO. Must be filled out and filed with the Commissioners office within 48 hours of the protested game.
2023 PYFCO Officials evaluation form
To be used by leagues to critique game day Officials and turned into the Commissioners office the following week.
2023 PYFCO Injury report
To be used anytime we have an injured athlete. To be turned into Commissioners office weekly with game day paperwork and held on file by the PYFCO Secretary.
