How much should I be running this summer???
I get this question from a lot of runners and parents. So...Here''s my answer. "Base Mileage" during the Summer is essential to be prepared to maximize your peak performance training during the XC season. The number of miles per week will differ based on age and skill level. Ask your coach, trainer or one of us and put together a very specific Summer Plan. But no matter what...put in some miles this summer! Find ways to make them fun and find someone to run with.
