Former 10th District Baseball Chairman Bob Brandt passed away peacefully November 28, 2012 at home. Bob enlisted in the U.S. Navy following high school, where he served as a Naval Photographer during WW II. He was a Commander and active member of Barrington American Legion Post 158 as well as serving many years as the 10th District Baseball Chair.

Harry M. Seiple Jr., 89 yrs. old, of Freeport passed away peacefully on July 11, 2014 in his son's home in. He was a commander of the American Legion and the State Director of American Legion Baseball for the State of Illinois.

2013 2nd Division Tournament Report

With two berths in this year 2nd Division Tournament 10th District Champion Barrington and runner-up Lake Zurich advanced to Wheaton to play in the 2nd Division tourney. Lake Zurich eliminated Elgin before getting eliminated by Barrington. Barrington advanced on to play 11th District champ Wheaton for the 2nd Division Championship and a berth to the Illinois State Tournament. Barrington won Game #1 to force a second game which they lost 3-2 thus receiving their second loss and were eliminated. Wheaton moved on to represent the 2nd Division at the 2013 State tournament.
