Team Sponsorship Request Letter

To Whom it May Concern,

The Elkins Lightning 11U Travel Baseball Team is a group of talented baseball players that are from around the local area and surrounding counties. These boys will be competing in select tournaments throughout the tri state area. Tournament fees range from $350 to $850 per tournament and we will be attending at least 10 tournaments from May to October 2017. Two of the tournaments we will host in Elkins and 5 of the tournaments are in Bridgeport.. Uniforms for each kid is about $225 and equipment that will be needed for our upcoming season will run approximately $1,000. Your generous sponsorship will help support these kids and relieve some of the burden from the players and parents in the funding of the season’s expenses.
