In the unfortunate event that weather plays a factor in one of our tournaments, the following policy will be in effect:

1. we will try our best to complete the tournament as advertised, however the tournament director reserves the right to adjust the game times and/or shorten the game length in order to accomodate all teams.
2. we are well prepared to handle minor weather issues and will work to tarp the fields and/or dry the playing surface within our abilities in order to play as many games as possible.
3. should weather prevent us from playing, teams will be given the option of rescheduling to an agreed upon make up date or being issued a refund as outlined below.
4. if zero games are completed, a team is entitled to a full refund of tournament fees.  if one game has been completed, a team is intitled to a 50% refund of tournament fees.  two or more games completed constitutes a complete tournament and refunds will not be offered at that point.
5. any team that must cancel more than 30 days prior to the tournament will be issued a refund minus a $50 administrative fee
6. any team that must cancel less than 30 days prior will be refunded at the discretion of the tournament director.
7. the tournaent director will do everything in his power to provide teams with as much notice as possible when dealing with weather delays.  unfortunately, the weather is unpredictable and we ask that teams be patient when dealing with weather delays.
8. the primary method of contact will be through email.
