First, we want to thank everyone that’s coming back and helping the Pleasant Grove Falcons continue to grow to the level of excellence that we all expect. We are very confident that this can happen with hard work and some changes.

Before we discuss the new 2013 season, let us introduce ourselves to those who do not know us. We are Coach Sherman and Coach Trent, your Co-Owners and Head Coaches; we are also products of Pleasant Grove. We both played youth sports in the Pleasant Grove area for many years. After our years of youth sports we went on to play sports for H.Grady Spruce H.S. were we both played our entire four years of high school and both graduated from. While we both chose different paths after High School two things never changed our love for the Pleasant Grove area and football so we decided to find a way to fulfill both of our loves and give back to our area at the same time, which lead us back to youth football. Following the footsteps of our past coaches, we decided to coach youth football starting with the Pleasant Grove Dolphins were we led the first year Program’s Flag team to its only Championship that year. After our coaching experience with the Dolphins, we were excited in making the decision to join the Pleasant Grove Falcons, where we have both led our respected age groups to championships.

To my parents, staff, and volunteers, we are still growing and changing within our organization this year. We have established a executive Board of persons that will come together and make the final decision on recommended events, comments, concerns, questions, and others items that might be brought up by you. Please remember there will be no cursing, fighting, drinking, or smoking illegal substances while you are out on field premises or at away games. Remember, that you are not only supporting your child, but you are also representing the Pleasant Grove Falcons. 

Also parentswe have two social media outlets to give you information in regards to what's going on with the P.G. Falcons.  Our wed site WWW.pgfalcons.org and facebook. Please make sure that all fees are paid in full and on time so that your child will be able to particpate this season. If you need any type of assistance with paying your fees we have some options that may be able to help you. We formed a Booster Club headed by Krystal Bowen President and Jamiel Hughes which will continue to help the P.G. Falcons GROW!!!! We are trying our best to find sponsorship and help from various businesses around our city, so that you will not have to come out of pocketfor extra items that are needed in the organization. Parents, your child is not the one that keeps this organizaton running, it is you also.... We could not make it without you. An organization isn't made up kid's it's made up of supportive parents... 

To all my coaching staff, we will be holding you responsible for your actions and your parent’s actions. You must keep your players and supporters under control during practice and game time. I understand that most of your supporters are adults, and if they feel that you can’t tell them anything, bring it to the attention of a Board member, and that way we can get the situation under control. I will give you the first time but it will not be second or third chances. We WILL be as organized as possible and will be on top of our game on every level!

We respect and love everyone that has become apart of this Organization and willing to go through the extra mile with us. I understand that we will lose people that people come and go. In this Organization, we have to put The Man Above first and have faith that this is going to work. Believe us before it’s over with we will be the Top Youth Sports Organization of choice!!!!!!

With all this said let’s have an Exciting season and live by my favorite motto “I can do all things through CHRIST that strengthen me!!!!”
