Here's a little bit about our league!  

WHEN IS THE SEASON?  WHEN ARE THE GAMES?

The season runs from the middle of May until the second week of August.  Games are on Tuesday and Thursday nights.  Kick off time is 7:15pm and games are run with two 45-minute halves.

WHO CAN JOIN?

The league is intended for women 18+ years of age and welcomes players of any skill level.  Youth players wishing to join must be 16 years of age or turning 16.  There must be no available youth team for them to play with in order for them to be eligible to play in the WWSSL.  Permission must be obtained from WRSA and the player's parent/guardian.

WHAT COMMUNITIES ARE IN THIS LEAGUE?

Currently, our league has teams from Minnedosa, Rivers, MacGregor and Brandon in it.  Games are held in each of the these communities so teams in the league do some traveling to play

GAME RESULTS AND STATS TRACKING:

After each game, refs and/or the Home team's manager will be required to submit a copy of the game sheet to the statistician which should show the following:

• Final Score
• Goal Scorers (and number of goals scored)
• Any Red/Yellow Cards given

**Results must be received within 48 hours of the end of a game**

Any cancelled/forfeited games must be reported to the Referee Scheduler and Statistician before 6pm of game day.  If the game was forfeited, the team that initiated the cancellation/forfeit will be penalized with an automatic loss.
