Coming across St. Thomas Line:

Turn right onto Thorburn Rd. Drive 3 kms and on the right hand side you will see Rainbow Gully Park Rd. Turn in here and you will notice the council building first. The center is the second building on the right.

Going east on the Outer Ring Rd:

Take exit ramp 44 (St. Philip’s/Columbus Drive). Turn left onto Thorburn Rd. Drive approximately 4kms and on the left hand side you will see Rainbow Gully Park Rd. Turn in here and you will notice the council building first. The center is the second building on the right.
