From the 405 Freeway exit Golden West and go South towards the ocean. Follow to Central Library Rd. and turn left into parking lot. Please look at the map attached for directions. The City of Huntington Beach charges $1 per day to park at this facility. Please read the instructions on the self pay machine in the parking lots.
