first of all if u dont know where the liftbridge is fuck off..if u are next to maria pittmans house your gone way to fuckin far..go across the lift bridge and go down the shitty back road...go past a half torn down school, up around stinky block house hill and past the regetta grounds.......stop into Neds for some dope, if hes not home joe will be....keep drivin past bobby coopers house and you should see the pincers sholder blades from there.... drive right to that take a left by the fuckin mess of cars brian barry got out in the middle of the road and keep drivin untill ya see ferlie cetchin prickels and doin wheeles on the peddle bike... finally turn to the right and there it is..POWER VAC place
