Bylaws are a roadmap for the Chippewa Valley Raptors actions.  Bylaws are a form of agreement between the Chippewa Valley Raptors and its owners to conduct itself in a certain way.  These Bylaws have been written and published by the Raptors Executive Board of Directors and state how the organization is to be run.  Bylaws are a living document and can be changed.
