e. CHECKS PAYABLE TO: GILBERT PUBLIC SCHOOLS

f. Deliver Tax Credit Form and check to the Athletic Department at Gilbert High School

or mail to Gilbert Public Schools, Business Services,140 S. Gilbert Rd, Gilbert 85296.

If you deliver to High School or District please email the Booster Club so we make sure the funds make it to Gilbert Tiger Baseball.

***Individual tax payer can donate up to $200 and joint tax payers can donate up to $400.

Fry's

1.  Create a Fry's account (if you don't already have one.) 

2.  Once logged into your account, at the main screen, click "Explore".

3.  Then select "Fry's Community Rewards" from the drop down menu.

4.  Click on the first "Enroll Now"

5.  Enter PC034 and then click the search button

6.  Mark the circle next to Gilbert High School Tiger Baseball 

7.  Click on "Enroll" That should be it.  

A Second way to register:  

Once you set up an account and log in, click on My Account under Welcome Back. This will show a summary of your account.  Scroll down to Community Rewards and follow the prompts to add PC034.
