PROCEDURE for logging hours and donations

Paper forms are no longer being used to record hours and donations.

For those volunteering to work in the concession stand duing games, you will find a QR code labeled "2024-2025 Concession Stand Sign In/Out" in the Concession Stand near the door.  Please scan in and fill out the form with your start time and then scan the same QR code fill out the form for your end time. Each person working must fill out the form even if you are working to earn points for the same player.  If you do not sign in and out, you will not get credit for hours worked. Let's work together to ensure everyone can sign in and out.  

For those donating food/drink items for the team or to the concession stand, please find the QR code labeled "2024-2025 Mustang Football Food Donations" to fill out the form and submit a photo of your donation. See the form for more details as to how you can earn points by donating food. If you don't log your donation, you cannot get credit.  

In certain situations, the committee lead will have a link to record your activity.

TO RECEIVE SENIOR GIFT-1800 Points must be earned

TO RECEIVE JUNIOR GIFT-1500 Points must be earned

TO RECEIVE SOPHOMORE GIFT-1000 Points must be earned

TO RECEIVE FRESHMAN GIFT-500 Points must be earned
